Andrew Thwaite has purchased York Cookery School!
This has given us the fantastic opportunity to bring all our services under one roof, based at York Cookery School on the outskirts of York “the chocolate city” the school will continue to run its hugely successful program of hands on courses featuring a wide range of cuisines.
But we will have all the facilities to be able to teach up to 8 students in a professional chocolate production environment, this will allow us to run our professional courses to groups of students for the first time whilst being able to further develop our bespoke courses and our intensive business startup course on the back of this Andrew will be developing some online courses and demonstrations
The school is well equipped and we are working with the best suppliers in the business to give our students the best possible experience.
The school is also available to existing businesses for product development, recipe/shelf life testing, production and machinery training.
We have a wide range of equipment available including continuous temperers, wheel machines, melting tanks, enrobing facilities, guitar cutter, spray booth with spray gun and compressor, airbrush, thermomix, a huge range of moulds and ample refrigeration as well as general kitchen equipment, 8 ovens, microwaves, 8 induction hobs, kitchen aid mixers etc.
