It depends on the facilities you have available. A normal kitchen is fine! I will bring all specialist equipment with me all you need is access to a fridge and sink and a clean apron. Alternatively, we use various professional venues throughout the UK which you can travel to.
I am happy for you to take video and pictures. You will also be given a copy of my guide on how to work with chocolate which contains all the information you will need.
I offer various support packages, we can discuss this during your training session to decide which one is right for you.
I travel all over the UK, distances up to 50 miles (from York) are included in the fee, any mileage over this will be charged for.

No, although I teach professional courses, many of my courses are taught informally at various cookery schools around the UK. I also do a series of fun workshops suitable for a wide range of age groups.
I try to cater for everyone although many of our ingredients may contain traces of allergens, please advise us at the time of booking if you have any allergen concerns.
We provide all specialist equipment for your course or workshop session, it is best to wear comfortable shoes as the course will involve standing. Aprons will be provided by many of our partner cookery schools although for workshops and private courses in other venues it is best to bring your own.
Yes, we can supply our bars and other products with your own label, we can suggest various ways of personalising your packaging.
It depends on the size of the venue and the type of workshop but generally from 1 to 25 guests can be accommodated.
