The new York Cookery School course calendar for 2022 is due to go live soon and will feature a whole range of exiting new classes as well as some new tutors.

The courses will include university cooking, artisan bread, French viennoiserie, cooking the perfect steak and much much more!

World renowned pastry chef and consultant Martin Chiffers visited York Cookery School recently to discuss the range of highly specialist courses that he and Chris Zammit will be offering. We will also be joined by Great British Bake Off legends Howard Middleton and Sandy Docherty!
