World renowned Pastry chef and consultant Martin Chiffers kicked off our 2022 course calendar in spectacular style with a fabulous competition chocolate showpiece course, throughout three intense days our students created an amazing 1.2-meter-tall chocolate showpiece featuring flowers, foliage and a monkey.

We are thrilled that Martin will be working with us extensively throughout 2022 to deliver more showpiece courses, a specialist Bon Bon course, a dedicated mould making class and a number of high-class petit gateau and entremets courses.
