New venues for chocolate courses and training

We are pleased to be working with two new venues in 2021, both these fantastic facilities will enable us to offer our professional courses in a first-class well-equipped environment.

We will offer a series of 1-day intensive subject focused sessions as well as our 1 to 1 course.

The cooks place is situated in Malton, Yorkshire's food capital, it is a fantastic space fully equipped to give you a fantastic learning experience, classes are taught in groups of 6 (when COVID regulations allow) and are fully COVID compliant. Small groups enable us to give our students maximum attention and information. All ingredients and equipment are provided as well as full recipe and information pack, light refreshments are provided, and students will receive a certificate upon completion.

Our 1 to 1 professional chocolatier sessions are held in the heart of the North York Moors National Park at Park House Barns near Ampleforth Abbey. Parkhouse Barns is a social enterprise of Autism Plus, a charity which supports young people with Autism and associated learning difficulties. The Chocolate studio offers us every facility for Professional chocolatiers, professional equipment onsite such as continuous tempering machines, enrober, guitar cutter, spray booth all of which give us the chance to teach using industry standard equipment.

Again, recipe and information packs are included along with light refreshments and a certificate of completion.
